Microsoft FLDP: Exits and Business School?

I've seen Microsoft's FLDP to be regarded as the best FLDP among all FDLPs.

I was wondering is it even possible to graduate from this program and come into the strategy/development side of the business? or maybe move to product/strategy at a startup?

Also does anyone know the placement to Top MBAs from this cohort

I'm looking into the Microsoft FLDP as well. A friend of mine in the program mentioned that base salary is now $91,500 for first year analysts as of last month + signing bonus + stocks + midyear bonus + benefits. I looked on LinkedIn and found some decent info on what Microsoft's FRP Analysts do after graduation

Microsoft's Corp Dev team is extremely lean and there are 45 FRP Analysts in each Microsoft class, but it is possible to break into Corp Dev if the chips align: https://www.linkedin.com/in/adam-harrell-70241895/

Exit to startup: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jacobchowpaknam/

Business Development Exit: https://www.linkedin.com/in/adithti-addepalli-43175778/

Seen decent MBA Exits:

There's a dozens and dozens of analysts who switched to PM.

Very interesting!

Are the ones who switch to product management from engineering backgrounds?

I have a friend who landed this role and he has consulting internship, investment experience and stuff. His long term was to jump to Corp development or Strat at a large tech. He's really considering this after seeing some decent exits. Tech is his passion and goal

The people who pivot to Corp Dev/Strat seemed to have precious consulting internships or undergrad orgs, which he does too so he thinks is feasible.

Do you think is wise going for this

Going into tech oriented Investment Banking/Consulting would be a safer bet. You might get pigeon holed into exclusively working in Finance rather than Corp Dev/Strategy after the FLDP is over.
