Military guy trying to break into Wall Street

Hi guys. I did four years in the Marines and now study at an Ivy as a sophomore with a 3.5 GPA, Applied Math major. I want to do IB or S&T. I try to graduate in 4 years so I am taking some courses this summer. I feel like I messed up by not taking a summer internship this summer (sophomore summer), my resume only has my military experience and a Search Fund intern for 3 months. I network with people like crazy, but I still feel like I am falling behind. What can I do to increase my chance of getting into Wall Street?

I called the admissions office last week and they told me that General Studies students have the same access to networking events and internship opportunities as the other colleges. Plus, the advantage at General Studies is that you can switch between part time status and full time status in order to pursue an internship simultaneously with your studies.

I'm a high school student looking into General studies so take everything I said lightly. But it does come directly from the admissions office.

The way I see it, your in NYC and Columbia has amazing access to Wall Street executives and networking events/OCR, so I wouldn't worry about it.

By the way, I hate to ask but can I PM. I'm really interested in attending general studies and have some admissions-related questions?
