Millennials and Finances

I recently read this article that claimed 70% of millennials reported living paycheck to paycheck. I feel like we hear so much about millennials not being able to afford this or pay for that and I’m genuinely curious if that problem has stemmed from salary/job or lack of financial literacy? Is this article just biased and bs? In finance we are in a bubble where most of us know how to use our paycheck and all of my friends are in finance so i never hear much from them. What are all of your thoughts?
