Millennium - Facet Capital Management

I was wondering if anyone could give some color on this specific pod within Millennium. A little worried about job security because I have heard that churn at Millennium can be very high in certain pods (not sure if I'm even using the term 'pod' correctly so feel free to correct me). So I actually have a few questions and would be super appreciative if someone could provide some answers.

What I do know:

Their focus is on software, fintech and payments.

Based in San Fran

I have an introductory meeting with the analyst this week.

I have ~1 year of experience on the sell side (that's it)

Questions:

Does anyone know the overall 'culture' of this team?

Once it gets to the later stages in interviewing, are the technical questions going to be as rough as I hear they can be? They know I have limited experience and have never traded equities for a book. Do I need to start doing prep courses?

They said the start date will be around March 2022 and the reason was something related to bonus season? I was under the impression that if you leave your bank <6 months (or something like that) of receiving your bonus that it gets clawed back or something like that? So would it not make more sense to just leave before the bonus?

Also, any general advice or knowledge that anyone can share on this topic would be super helpful. Thanks.

Edit: Something like that lol

I think they do everything. One of the largest book at MLP. Doing very well. They've been trying to hire PMs and analysts so growing a lot
