Millennium Management Culture
I’m looking to apply into MLP this upcoming fall and I’m just curious how the culture is there. Is it best to try and stay there than pursue the classic IB route? I know they manage $43B which is amazing and powerful. Thoughts?
Probably the best multimanager in terms of industry reputation career trajectory if you decided to stay. Culture is totally dependent on the pod.
looking at the executive services and portfolio management teams. I love the trading floor culture as I heard MLP has an as amazing one
you would be much better served working on the sellside for a couple years before switching over to the buyside...avg PM at mllenium gets fired after 1 year...and you as the analyst get fired with them. not even sure if you would have a chance to get hired in the 1st place...so this is probably as pointless question anyway
they started a intern/FT program at HYPWS etc last yr i think
There is no culture - meaning that it depends almost entirely on your group and boss as does your future earnings potential.
