Millennium Management VS Barclays S&T FT?

Hi, received offers from Millennium Management in the Equity Technology division and Barclays S&T on one of their trading desks full-time in their London offices. I'm not sure about which one to go for.

Working for a hedge-fund seems exciting but so does the name and network of a BB. I'm also a bit curious about the pay difference for the firms as I'm naturally more keen on taking the one that pays more.

My other concern was that I'll be working in the equity volatility team at Millennium where I'll mainly be doing programming projects to develop their tech platform used to trade; however, I wanted to know if it would be possible to transition to a more front-office role of a trader from this.
