MiM and relative GMAT

Hi everybody!
I'm a non-target Italian student in the second year of my bachelor (taught in english) looking for a MiM suitable for me because I'd like to apply for it in oct/november in order to enahnce my possibilities.
I've got a good GPA (29/30, which I assume is around 3.8/4.00), LSE summer school Finance last summer, done one exchange year in the UK during my penultimate year of high school and this summer I'm interning at a BB (GS. Unfortunately BO operations, I know it's the worst thing but this is what my non-target situation offered me).
Curretly struggling with GMAT so I think I can get 650 at most.
I'd like to work as a consultant and would like to get some suggestions regarding the next steps in a MiM.

Dream 3 (where 99.9% I'll be rejected): HEC,LSE,LBS
Very difficult/achievable (I hope): Imperial (preferred) , Esade, IE, Rotterdam, Warwick , ESCP (preferred) and so on...

I'm also looking at some "Plan B courses", which don't require gmat such as : "Msc economics and strategy for business Imperial" or "MiM UCD"

Any suggestion? Improvement to make?

I second that as a European who scored 760. You have almost half a year, that should be enough to get a 700+.

One thing I cannot stress enough is the importance of an error log, timing yourself and reviewing every single question after answering them (even if you got it right). If you do this, are honest to yourself and keep working on your weaknesses, the GMAT is a piece of cake.
