MM Intern - Worth Trying to Recruit for FT or Just Wait to Lateral?

Intern at a top MM from non-target with a return offer in hand. Looking to join a BB. Have been networking pretty hard last couple weeks with not a lot of traction. Given what should be a tough FT process given macro headwinds, does it make more sense to just take the offer and try lateraling out 6 months - 1 year after I've started? Feels like I'm spinning my wheels on FT recruiting with little ROI.

Advice would be appreciated, thank you.

Your bank already gave out offers? Nice, congrats. Haven't heard of any banks giving out offers yet, other than BOA. Mind sharing what bank this is, and did they tell you on last day of job?

impressed that you fit so much banker jargon into such a small space
