MM offer vs masters and try BB recruitment

I'm currently attending a european semi-target (CBS/Solvay/maastricht) and I will be completing my bachelor with $0 of Debt. I have the chance to start at a MM boutique (Lincoln, GP Bullhound, Torch Partners, Harris Williams etc.) after graduating.
Now I'm wondering if I should persue a Masters (and try BB recruitment) or just start at the mm shop.

Pro Arguments for Masters:
- Chance for BB Recruitment:

Contra:
- Significant debt (e.g. Cass tuition fees are 30k GBP + COL London etc.) This is especially worrying since my parents can't support me financially
- Wasting 1-2 years ( I will already be 23 after finishing my bachelor)

My fiinal goal is a MM Growth equity fund or VC firm. I assume a MM IB will be enough, however, a BB makes recruitment easier (but is it really that significant, that it's worth the downsides?).

I know that the firms are quite different but tbh I'm really passionate about the TMT Space therefore I really consider one of the following firms (GP Bullhound, Torch Partners, CODE Advisors, ARMA Partners, STRATA) but I also have an offer at one of the the more known MM firms (Lincoln, Harris Williams, Baird etc.)

The option of doing a masters at my current semi-target is not free. The only reason why I managed to graduate without debt is because of a sponsorship which only covered my bachelors tuition fee + a small stipend.
