MM Reputation and Culture

Is there a better way to understand the reputation and culture of MMs than reading reviews from glassdoor for example? Discussions here tend to regard top MMs as mlp, point72, bam, schonfeld and exodus, yet even for some of these names, the reviews are hard to find. For instance, schonfeld has about 20 reviews and exodus only has one. Often we see news coverages on PMs moving from one platform to another; I wonder if it is really simply because they receive better payouts or there is something outside of the numbers they are after.
