Does anyone know if there certain FINRA licenses are required if I were to sell someone an empty financial model I built for a publicly traded company? It wouldn't be advice per se, as the buyer would be ultimately responsible for filling in their own projections, etc. I just don't know if there are certain stipulations that would make this transaction require a Series 65, 86 or 87 license.
