Modern S&T
I am from Canada, and most MDs and directors in S&T I network with run agency trading and structured products businesses, and I am personally looking to break in on a market making desk which manage prop risk. I wonder why do I meet more Structurers than market makers, is it a coincidence or there is less market making happening in Banks therefore less positions for a market making job? Looking for someone in the industry to answer.
