Where are these simps for PWP coming from and have any of them worked at any EB? Culture is comparable with Moelis (Yes, Moelis is a sweat shop but very collegial) and works past 1am all the time. They had one good year with a few mega deals (not even exclusive advisors).

These interns gotta learn to shut up when you don't understand it.

PWP imo. Can get comparable deal experiences, exits, etc with better culture and likely fewer hours

Just wondering, what concerned you about the volatility and culture at the senior level in terms of for your own experience and career that led you to re-recruit for FT?

PWP unless you're into distressed stuff. For M&A, PWP is much better imo especially given most of Moelis mandates are MM to UMM. Comps are similar or slightly higher at PWP with better culture/hour/people. Exits from PWP looks a notch above especially this year, and it's not hard to find Moelis analysts exited to mediocre fund (many go to top funds don't get me wrong).
