I don't work at Morgan Stanley, but folks might be afraid to ID themselves as working there.
It will probably be the same firm-wide. According to Bright Scope, Morgan Stanley has a fairly generous 401K plan:

This would be indicative of a >5% match at 100%.
No info on vesting schedule, which is very important, especially for IBD analysts. Most firms have 100% vesting within 5 years of your hire date. Also, some companies do tiered vesting, which is a lot nicer. If you leave after your two year analyst stint, you get partial vesting. If they don't mention tiered vesting, you have to wait until you're 100% vested to keep it.
