Morgan Stanley Deal Flow

I know we are only one month into 2015, but even dating back to last year, it appears that Morgan Stanley is not doing as much M&A as one would expect. They have been in on just about every IPO, but it seems like Goldman is winning every M&A deal.

Am I missing something here, or is MS possibly slipping a bit?

Will agree with you that MS has been absent on a few of the big name deals that were announced this month, but given the fact they finished 2014 at #2 in M&A and #1 in equities I think they will be fine. Same thing happened with GS last time around during 1Q14 and we all know how that turned out.

"They are all former investment bankers that were laid off in the economic collapse that Nancy Pelosi caused. They have no marketable skills, but by God they work hard."

I'm guessing that someone that works at GS or JPM decided to throw monkey shit at all of us.
