Morgan Stanley Freshman Enhancement Program to Sophomore Summer Analyst
Hi Everyone!
I'm a rising sophomore at UMich and I got accepted into Morgan Stanley's Freshman Enhancement Diversity Program. Because of the coronavirus, the program was postponed to late August.
I heard the program is a good gateway to getting into MS's sophomore analyst program; however, applications for the sophomore summer program are already open.
I was wondering if I should apply now through the MS portal or if I should wait until the program to see if I get a super day that way. I feel like its easier through the program but I am not sure.
Also, if anyone has any comments/advice on how the sophomore summer interview process takes place, I would appreciate that as well.
Thanks!
Wait to do the program; at the end of the program they send out an email asking which divisions you’re interested and if you pass the resume cut you go straight to super day
Oh wow that sounds good thanks so much. Do you know what they're looking for on your resume? Maybe some job experience or what?
