Morgan Stanley Situational Judgement Test SA21 London

Hi y'all,

I got less suited for SJT but easier for both numerical and inductive.. I literally feel so dumb rn.. does this mean that im getting filtered out? or do I still maybe possibly have a chance? I'm from a European target (think bocconi/esade/lse) and my school said that they will send the students' resumes out to the recruiters, will this help at all with my situation (maybe bypass the assessment tests somehow??)

thank you for all ur inputs and good luck to everyone

One of those universities is not like the others hahaha (Esade?)

Actually at MS resumes/cvs are seen by recruiters after passing the tests, so if they are sent directly this may be jump the process

Hey man,

I did the MS tests today and got: numerical (much more suited), logical (as suited), SJT (less suited). I’ve never failed an SJT before so idk wtf they are looking for, glad to see I’m not the only one.

I think that if you are referred you make it to human screening anyway, rather than getting auto dinged by the tests, but I’m not 100% sure. Gl

Same as you, I did the test on Sept 14 and I have not heard back for IB. I was probably rejected considering that some people in my class already had the phone call last week

Yep though I don't understand why they care so much about SJT, I mean how the hell am I supposed to react to my colleagues in certain scenarios if I have never had a job in my life? This is something I should learn over time, after those situations arise in real life. Glad that some banks only have verbal and numerical tests
