Morgan Stanley VS BlackRock ?

Hey guys,

which has better exit opps and is more useful in terms of skills and being able to move up the ranks a finance role in ISG at Morgan Stanley or the portfolio Analytic group (pag) at BlackRock?

please include compensations, bonuses, work hours......when differentiating.

Thanks

ISG is Institutional Sales Group? You can expect base of 70, and a bonus of 10-15 at most. Know someone who did BR and worked 6am - 4pm. Institutional sales is usually a 8/9am - 6/7pm job.

for the record, ISG is Institutional Securities Group.. not sales. So the OP's question is asking about actual "Finance" at MS v PAG at BlackRock.. Finance at MS is considered BO as well, starting of 60, signing bonus of 10k
