Morgan Stanley Wealth Management vs/ JPM Private Bank; GS Investment management; Citi Private Bank; CS; UBS

Hi guys, I recently got invited to a web-interview for a SA role at MS Wealth management (not branch, based in NYC). Since I am profoundly interested in pursuing a career in PB, I am looking for any kind of advice on which firm/which program is the best one in terms of salary (pretty relevant to me), reputation and so on.
What I found up to now is that JPM and GS pay much more (3x) than MS, and that MS WM isn't really "worth the shot". What's your point of view on all that? Thank you!
