Most Appealing ECM Exits?
Interested in your thoughts. How do ECM exits at the VP level differ from Analayst/Associate (not saying MD since it is highly unlikely any of us stay that long).

In my group, vps and below either lateral (both up and down depending on personal preference. Any bank is possible coming from your current bank) or leave the banking industry entirely. Seniors lateral or go to Corp dev.
Lateral to where specifically?
And pretty sure ECM has solid VC exits, and to some extent early-mid stage growth.
To other ecm teams or coverage if you want to repeat a year. Have seen gs, BAML, stifel, Bmo, rbc, baird, Barclays, piper, ms, and citi recently.
Interesting. Is there a level at which you are “too senior” to lateral to coverage?
