Most desirable role at State Street?

I have a connection at State Street that could potentially connect me to anyone in the organization. I was wondering what the most desirable role is in the entire company at an entry level.

I know that sounds like a dumb question and that I should go where I want to go, but with a 40,000 person company I can't begin to know half of the possible entry points. Does anyone have insight into what might positions at State Street carry the most responsibility and prestige that is reachable from an entry level? I have reasonably high credentials and generally am interested in investment analysis, strategy, and research. Thanks!
