Most efficient way to identify firms that invest in specific assets?
Besides just Google searches what is the easiest way to search for funds/firms that invest in a particular asset? I'm specifically looking for funds that invest in agricultural land.
you have preqin access?
Possibly.. I'm on break from school currently but I know that we have access to most major databases but I've never heard of preqin before.
I'm sure you could find quite a bit through Google. Also, you should call the farmland brokerages and try to make friends with them, ask who the big out-of-town bidders are, etc. There are no farmland REITs so it would all be private vehicles.
