Most notabale Real Estate firms in New Jersey
I’ve recently decided to attempt to pursue a career in Commercial Real Estate. What are the top NJ Firms to target for a beneficial internship experience. I’m aware of most just trying to learn as much as I can. Thank you for your time.

Prudential is the first firm that comes to mind.
On the brokerage side, JLL and CBRE have a few strong teams in Jersey.
Heard good things about Normandy Real Estate Partners
Edit: looks like they got acquired by Columbia Property Trust. Ex Normandy founders started another firm, Senlac Partners
Nothing says “top firm” like working out of a residential home in suburban New Jersey
Mack-Cali. Hampshire. Pru is the big one. Any reason why NJ?
There's a difference between most notable and potentially hiring. PGIM or Metlife are probably your best bet outside of the brokerages, prologis has a large office in NNJ. Then you start running into the regional family businesses like Hampshire, SJP, Russo, Greek, etc. Plus all the big guys are there but I have no idea if they staff meaningful offices.
MetLife has a huge office in Whippany
OP, I hope you are not focusing on office assets in NJ.
