moving forward

Hello,

So I have just recently graduated and started in operations for a broker dealer. Over the next 4 months I will take the GRE and choose which school I want to get my masters at. Currently I plan to continue working and get it online. But I am not sure exactly where I should go or how much it matters. I would assume the most important think is raising my GPA. My undergraduate GPA was very low simply because I did not care that much. However now I am paying the price for this as I got a job and its not bad pay about 65k in Alabama (low cost of living state) but I would like to move into a much more challenging role in finance. Not sure exactly what my path would be to get there and looking for guidance.

Would love to hear from anyone. I would assume I will need to start and finish my first few courses of my online MBA then I can put a 4.0 or near it on my resume and then I can apply to more challenging jobs.
