Moving from M&A to consulting

Hi guys - have been in M&A for a few years now and just moved into consulting. Overall adjusting well but finding the environment / mindset extremely different - won't go into detail here but wondering if anyone has made a similar transition and wouldn't mind sharing your thoughts? Any advice would be appreciated
