Moving from risk consulting to management consulting in Big 4

I was wondering if anyone has experience moving from Big 4 risk consulting into management consulting within the same firm (i.e. KPMG and EY). I know people switch from audit into management consulting, but was wondering what everyones thoughts were on this. I currently have an offer for Big 4 risk consulting undergrad internship, but would rather do management full-time.

Would I be able to switch from risk to management for my full-time offer or possibly before even my internship?
