Moving to a larger institution after graduation
Hey guys, I am going to start my full-time S&T analyst role (particularly trading) in a smaller bank. I'm wondering if I want to move to a larger bank/hedge fund, should I apply for their graduate program again during my first year or work for 2-3 years more to apply for an experienced role?
