My wife and her friend started a podcast. Who's gonna be her second itunes subscriber???
...
Take a break from the hectic mess that is motherhood and chat with Jeanette and Jessica as they discuss motherhood, raising bilingual babies, traveling with kids, and what it’s like to be a working mama. The similarities between these two brought them together and the idea to create Millennial Mamachkas came naturally. Jeanette and Jessica want to be the friends who are there for you during your commute, your workout or any spare moment you find for yourself. With weekly episodes, Millennial Mamachkas is a fun, relatable and educational podcast to add to your mama toolkit!

Peace be upon you
Bro you need to start a podcast.......
Agreed
I probably will while working on my PhD or after I get it. I have a Jordan Peterson sort of trajectory mapped out in my head. But I gotta get into grad school first, so it's just gonna be shitposting for a few more years.
Yeah I’m thinking of taking the GRE too - let me know how that goes for you.
What program you thinking about applying to?
Maybe a late MBA or PhD in Neuroscience
Those are similar
Gee Wizz, a PHD in nueroscience. What are you planning to do your disertation on?
TDIL there's a term for late MBA's. I browsed Poets and Quants and it reccomended the GMAT over GRE. Have you started stufying at all or taken a practice exam? I just started, also a late MBA :{, and I find I have to relearn a lot of math because of the time lapse in schooling. NGL it's a bit exciting learning again and answering the questions.
What kind of MBA program are you thinking? Where?
NYU or Columbia MBA - I want to be back in NYC.
I bought all the GMAT books and didn’t like the format of the exam as much as the GRE books. I like it that the GRE has a calculator and don’t see the point in not having a calculator on the GMAT. I also like that the GRE lets you use scratch paper instead of the dry erase GMAT deal. And the GRE works for both Neuroscience admissions and MBA admissions.
I haven’t taken any practice exams and currently not studying for it. I have studied for it a little.
Neuroscience dissertation would probably related to one of the two:
- Cognitive effects of mania
- Alzheimer’s / dementia
I’ve already completed two 700 level neuroscience courses at the school of my choice (MUSC), so have met with the neuroscience faculty already as well as doing 8 months of research in neuroscience.
I largely can’t move right now due to family and if I stayed in this location it would be more of a reason to do a neuroscience PhD as there are no good MBA programs where I live.
I am afraid of one course in neuroscience called The Principles of Neural Science which apparently kicks everyone’s ass. Some of the other courses don’t seem too hard.
broooo wtf i thought you went off grid or some shit after your firm implosion post
What do you plan on getting a PhD in?
