MS in finance or business analytics right after undergrad
Finance major 3.66 cumulative GPA from non-target (3.7 for finance major classes)
Thinking about either MSF or MSBA after 6-7 months of OPT (I am an international student). I am sure I can hit 700 on the GMAT with 3 months of rigorous preparation. I only have one work experience which is in a PE firm as an intern. (quite interesting for first work experience?) and an additional few months of OPT (hopefully) after I graduate, probably totaling in 1 year.
Should I take business analytics or finance? (both will be considered as STEM but from what I know B.AN majors are quite sought after and I already possess a finance background anyway.
Schools on my list for MS.BA: MIT, USC, Boston University, Notre Dame, or any other suggestions? BU would be the best reach here but I am trying to get as close to higher than the average class for each.
Schools on my list for MS.F: USC, Boston College, Vanderbilt, MIT, or any suggestions.

If those topics were completely useless, don't blame me, blame my programmers...
For MSF add WUSTL and Rochester business school. MIT/Princeton are a bit of a stretch, considering your profile.
