MS Return Offer Rate
Does anyone know what MS' return offer rate typically is during non-COVID times? Or what it was like last summer?

Career Resources
I just accepted an intern offer for next summer and had a few people tell me (analysts/associates/VPs) that to not get a return offer you have to really fuck up and that they want to bring back the interns.
Curious as to whether or not this is true, will be following the thread.
I work at another BB and this is the same story. Not to mention at our BB you get mentors and a bunch of resources so it even hard to mess up your work.
Monkey Shit return offer? First time I've heard of that
When my friend interned there about 5 years ago was 80+%
100% if you're not bad. MS has a spot for every intern. As I recall, the return offer rate is typically over 80% with the people not getting a return offer because of cultural issues (inappropriate, logging off at 5pm, etc).
Is this for london office too?
No, more like 60% in IBD
If you have gotten the offer forget about the "offer rate", "odds of conversion" etc. If there is no headcount in the group you will be allocated to, you have no influence over it.
Better spend time on sharpening your pencil, learning how to spread comps, be quick around Excel/pptx, and start your internship relaxed and with good attitude. You will be fine. If they did not need people, they would have not hired you in the first place.
