MSc comp sci + Bsc Management job opportunities?
Hi guys, I'm currently a management student at the LSE, when I started university I wanted to go into M&A but recently I have become interested in programming and so I have been teaching myself how to code.
Once I finish my undergrad degree I want to study a MSc in comp sci at UCL/Imperial, they're crash courses in comp sci for non comp sci undergrads who have some maths ability e.g. A level maths (pre university maths exams) and have basic knowledge of coding, from there students usually get jobs in tech, do a more specialised MSc like in artificial intelligence/machine learning or go on to a PHD.
My question (finally) is what jobs in finance could I get with a bsc in management and a MSc in computer science? Could I apply for quants funds or would I need to do an additional specialised MSc in comp sci. What other kind of jobs would allow me to combine programming with finance. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
