Msc in Economics or Msc in Economics and Finance.
Hi
I'm new to this website so I'm just getting used to it's setting and layout.
For a starter I have some questions to inquire about pursuing a Masters degree in either Economics or Econ and Finance. I don't know which would be a better option. It is said that an Econ masters would be very useful and then again there are other contrary use. Is the value of an Econ master really that low, nowadays?. I'm also asking in terms of finding a job that offers a secure salary. And then there's Finance which most people would say pays alot higher than Econ. and would open a broader door for job opportunities. I'm really confused. What are the career paths for both these subjects' masters and which would be a wiser decision. I would really appreciate any input or advice from you guys.
Also, please if you may, for anyone who has experience. in one or both of those fields as a major or masters I would very much request some insight about this matter.
Thank you in advance
Neither. Do a msc in Financial Mathematics or pass the Actuary exams.
