MSc in Quantitative Finance vs. MSc in Finance and Accounting to get into IB?

Hello there.

I got accepted to the QFin and to the Finance and Accounting MSc programs at the WU in Vienna. I plan to eventually go into IB and move to the US (although there is still a looong way to go).

Pros for each program:

Finance and Accounting:
- Possibility of exchange semester at the University of Chicago
- Easier ==> Better GPA
- More general

Quantitative Finance:
- Better mentoring since they only accept 80 students
- Good connections to Austrian banks (although I don't know if that's a plus)

Currently, I strongly prefer the Finance and Accounting program, mostly because it would be the easiest way to get a good university onto my resume. What do you guys think?

Also, do you have any general advice?
