MSF Advice - Applying to grad schools

I am applying to grad schools and I am having a difficult time figuring out where my stats will realistically land me. I want to break into either IB or S&T preferably in New York.

730 GMAT, 3.4 GPA from non-target & little work experience (Graduated in May)

So far on my list are
Carnegie Melon MSCF
Vanderbilt
Villanova
Tulane

And advice would be appreciated.

EDIT
Major is Financial Economics, only a few courses away from Comp Sci major as well.

Any other schools that I should be looking into?
Thanks for the advice.

If I were you, I'd stick with Vandy, Nova or Carnegie Mellon provided that you meet their math/programming requirements. I don't know if you meet Carnegie Mellon's requirements though since I don't know what your major is. What is your major?
