MSF application and GRE score advice

I will be sending out my msf applications soon but have some questions regarding test scores. I took the GRE twice. The first time I took it, I scored 157 verbal (74th percentile), 153 quant (52nd percentile), and 4.5 writing (80th percentile). The second time I took it, I scored- 156 verbal (71st percentile), 163 quant (86th percentile), and 6 writing (99th percentile). An adcom from my target school said that if you take the GRE multiple times, then they only consider the highest scores. My question is whether I should send my second score only or both scores. If I send both scores, then I have an extra verbal point, but they will see my lower quant and writing scores. Even though the adcom said they look at the highest scores only, I feel like there still may be some bias as a result of my mediocre performance on the first test. I am leaning towards sending my second scores only, even though I'll miss out on an extra verbal point. Is my concern warranted? Would it be silly not to send both scores? (The tests were taken about a month apart. I have a 3.54 GPA in a fairly quantitative major, if any of that matters)
