Multiple offers - not sure if there is a clear cut winner

Hi first time posting so will do my best. I am entertaining multiple offers for Senior Consultant and Associate/VP level role and looking for feedback as I'm not sure which way I want to go.

Option 1 would be Associate with GS in Finance Controllers.
Option 2 would be Deloitte financial Advisory Senior Consultant working with some interesting clients.

I've always heard Deloitte Consulting is great but is advisory different than Deloitte Consulting? How hard is it to transition to management consulting from this? I like traveling and this would have some travel, chance to manage junior staff, and ability to work on some high profile clients. I know the hours will probably be rough.

I feel like I don't know much about the reputation of this Goldman group. Is this IB or more back office work? Does any of these provide better exit opportunities? Money isn't my number one priority but which sets me up better for earnings? Appreciate any input into the reputation of these or what I can expect should I take these. Thanks.
