Muscle Knots
I’ve been having muscle knots in my neck since the past few days. And I think it is from the long hours I’ve been doing on the computer with any other activity.
I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else. (I haven’t been working out either since gyms are closed). Any advice appreciated!
Posture is key - you'll be surprised by how much of a difference good posture can make.
If you take a second to assess your “usual” position you’ll notice that you are favoring one side, which is leading to the knot.
All sorts of things you can do to switch it up and balance and align yourself during the day: Move screens side to side/up and down, adjust which cheek you put more weight on, cross the other leg, find different points of contact for your sit bones, feet positioning, etc.
Take a tennis ball, lie on the floor, stick the tennis ball under the your neck and roll it around your neck

Guys how about the muscle pain feeling in arms and legs? How do you guys cope with it
Work on your posture - sit up straight, don't lean to one side.
Take a minute or couple minutes break every hour to walk around.
