My email has been opened by analyst multiple times - what does that imply?
I talked to an analyst a few weeks ago and sent my resume over. He has been opening that email multiple times every week, even though the OCR of that firm has already ended and I was not offered an interview. What does that imply? What should I do under this circumstance?
Email him promptly titled "URGENT", followed by "Saw that you read my email multiple times and never replied, what's the hold up?"
How do you know he's opened your e-mail multiple times?
Mail tracking does the trick
I meant what one specifically he was using. Haven't found one that works with my edu address
I have found that for some people anytime they open email on their phone it "opens" every email available. I've had several people supposedly "open my email multiple times" for no discernible reason. Its a bug OP.
Strangely on my tracking device he opened it both on laptop and phone
Sorry I just meant some people in GENERAL regardless of device. This one associate is at 13 opens since we last spoke which was 2 weeks ago. Unless he wants the D, I highly doubt he's actually opening just my email. I've done something stupid like 40+ informational just this month. I turn off tracking after each call or else it would just be notifications after notifications (I used to get them all the time even long after we spoke). Although you seem intent on believing its more than what it is, I suggest you just move on its almost 99% a bug. If you really think hes personally opening your email then just ask him.
I'm no anti-vaxxer but the evidence on this forum definitely supports that autism rates are higher than ever
Was your email overly awkward and/or filled with errors? He could be showing it to everyone he knows in the firm and laughing at you.
This is a hilarious and somewhat-potentially-true suggestion
OP is an international student, go easy..
Lol it was only two sentences I don't think so... but this is indeed a hilarious suggestion
In all seriousness, I wouldn't worry about it. Could be a million different things: a glitch, him liking your resume format or wording and stealing it for his own, him liking your email format and stealing it for his own, him using it as corny motivation because he hates his job and he wants to remind himself that other people want it, him actually laughing at you (who knows?), etc.
