Need Advice: Graduating in December 2018 but firm wants me to start Fall 2019..

I got an offer from 'Next 4' accounting firm for Fall 2019. The problem is that I graduate in December 2018 and would like to start work in January, but they do not have enough spots as of right now. The recruiter said she would keep me abreast of any changes that would allow me to start in January. This is my first offer so far, but I am still interviewing with other firms/companies. Just looking for some advice on how I should proceed.

Should I accept the offer in hopes of getting a January start?
Should I inquire about other locations?
Should I accept the offer for Fall 2019 and just take another job in the meantime?
Or other ideas?
