Need Advice on SA Opportunities

Hey everyone, I was fortunate enough to get two offers for summer internships at BBs. However, they are both non-IB offers (think Finance, Risk, Operations, Legal ect...) and I wasn't able to score an IB internship this recruiting season. As a current junior, would it be possible to take up one of these offers and then try and get a full time offer for IB after the summer? Or would I have to lateral to IB later on or decline the return offer and do senior year IB recruiting? If anyone has had to deal with a situation like this before or has seen something like this, I would really appreciate some advice.

What's the best way to go about this? While I'm interning should I reach out and try to chat with them throughout? I don't want to make it seem like I just hopped on board to then insta lateral to IB, but I am not sure what to do tbh
