Need advice - what to choose

Hello guys.

I'm currently working in a small "niche" IB boutique, am a 1st year associate and would like to change jobs.

What would you recommend - to take an offer for a 3rd year analyst position in a bulge bracket bank, offer for 1st year associate position in a 2nd/3rd tier IB (think Dresdner, Nomura, Societe Generale and the like)?
Another option might be an associate position in McKinsey Corp.Fin, but there were no final round yet, and its a question of a couple of months waiting, I suppose.
I'd rather not specify a city in which I am located, but it is neither in US nor in UK.

Your advice would be much appreciated, thanks in advance.
