Need alot of Help with Resume and Career Options Please
Hello everyone this is my resume, I recently graduated this May and am looking to get into investment banking. I want to obtain a job as an analyst like everyone else. I wouldn’t mind starting in MM, BB or in Boutique banks.
Like I said I wouldn’t mind starting anywhere in investment banking. I want to get out of retail banking because it isn’t helping me in my career path one bit. I plan on taking the CFA level one in June just to give me some leverage on my resume. I am determined and willing to work really hard to get into IB, I will consider even doing an internship for free just for experience. I’m also waiting to take my gmats before the end of the year and I’ll see where I stand after that.
I would really find all constructive criticism useful. If anyone can point me in the right direction please do so ,you will be of great help to me. Resume attach below;

No one is downloading from a 3rd party source like that, there is no incentive at all....
The first question that jumps out to me is why investment banking?
=-get rid of your gpa, you only list two random years with GPAs of 3.2 and 3.0- that means the other two years must have been much worse. Look at it this way: with that convoluted GPA scheme listed, everyone rejects you. Without it there, the people who ask for GPA reject you and the people who don't might accept you. (and it possible that many people won't ask).
-add more detailed experience/more bulletpoints to your work history
-get rid of "MS Word, MS Excel, MS PP, Outlook, etc" under "computer" in "special skills" In fact get rid of "special" and "computer" altogether. 5th graders know MS Office. It's expected that you do too.
-Get some other skills to list that are relevant to your desired career path. CFA is good. good luck on the exam.
-"structured an excel database of insurance portfolio..." you wanted a fancy synonym for make but "structure" has special significance/connotation in finance.
-separate majors in "finance" and "business" seems silly- are you sure that's right? I would just use "finance"
+1 If your cum GPA or your GPA for your major isn't good enough to list then don't put GPA at all because putting certain years just leaves an interviewer to ask you so what about the other years. I highly doubt they want to hear your explanation in the first place so just do away with it
