Tough to say, but here's a few things to think about:
(1) If you want to work in NY post-grad, go to city. If you want the west coast, go to Prudential. Not just based off of your own preferences, but also because you can network while you are there.
(2) Citi may have a slightly better branding for IB if that is what you are recruiting for.
Really not sure though, tough call -- very varied list of opportunities.
If it was me, I would probably choose Citi structured products. Don't ask why.

PREI is a great position if you're looking to enter RE. Hours wouldn't be nearly as bad as IBD (I'm working like 50-60/week at my current fund, PREI is probably similar). Don't pick it if you're not interested in RE though. No comment on the other two offers
