Need help in making a decision

I'm considering enrolling at McMaster University (Canada...yes, not as target as Ivey/Schulich/Queen's/McGill, but Im planning on transfering as soon as I finish first year there...didnt know about Ivey/Schulich/Queen's target status until after the deadlines...!) Degroote B.Com.

OR

King Fahd University for Petroleum & Minerals (before you scream "non-target", hold on) for BS in Finance

Pros for McMaster:
-Closer to a large financial hub (45 minute drive to Toronto)
-I can use my english extensively
-A good "brand" (Voted 2nd best research university in Canada, 6th overall..probably lost to UToronto due to size and location)

-Andrew Gould Trading Floor..Im not interested in working full-time S&T when I graduate, but I enjoy learning about it. GTF will be one of the tools that will help me.

Cons for McMaster:
-It will be harder (IMO) to go to a very good graduate school (top 10) since there will be higher expectations imposed for someone graduating from Canada
-Really far from home (14 hour plane trip)
-Won't add to a top graduate school's diversity, as Im sure there are many Canadian university graduates applying
-B.Commerce (pro?con?) vs. B.S. in Finance (KFUPM)
-Im going to compete with students from Schulich/Ivey/Rotman/McGill for the same jobs if I wasn't admitted there through transfer admissions

Pros for King Fahd University for Petroleum & Minerals:
-B.S. in Finance (does it really matter if its B.Com or BS Finance?)
-Doesnt cost a thing to attend + I will be paid a monthly stipend ($1500)
-The equivelant of MIT/UPenn in the Gulf
-Pretty much an easy ride in terms of recruiting (I know JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, UBS recruit there.)
-I dont have to work as hard to be distinguished
-Close to home (1.5 hour plane trip)

-Makes you stand out in the application process for graduate school since it'll definitely add to the business school's student diversity (graduating from Saudi Arabia)

-extracurricular activities arent as developed as in Canada/the US....an opportunity for me to show them how to "do it right"/found a few clubs and societies :D

*Cons for King Fahd University for Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM):

-I'll be surrounded (mostly) by people who speak english as a second language. I'm sure Im going to lose even more of my vocabulary and writing skills!

-5 years; 1 Prepatory year (grade 12 in english, since most applicants graduate from Arabic highschools, unlike myself) + 4 years...can be put under Pros since that 1st year will essentially be Grade 12 all over again.... easy marks, good starting step for my GPA

-REALLY boring city and campus, closest "fun" you can find is in Bahrain...which doesn't look like its political problems are over yet

-Doesn't have a proper alumni database/website/society/association

-Not as prestigious (internationally) as McMaster/McGill/UT Rotman/Queen's

Im so confused. I would really appreciate it if someone could contribute and help me with this issue.

Thanks
