Just keep at it, sometimes it takes time. I would advise you to revamp your resume- as a starting point, change all your bullet points from just saying what you did to include what the results of your work were. Random example: instead of saying updated firm marketing strategy, you would say updated firm marketing strategy that resulted in revenue growth of 25%
That is good advice. Thank you.
To answer one more of your questions- a 3.4 GPA will not stop you from getting a job, but it may make it harder to get the jobs you want. You will have to make up for this in other ways (eg networking).
Thank you for responding to this question. This is was one of my main concerns and not many people could give me a concrete answer. I will continue to keep at it as you advised earlier. Everyday is an opportunity to be efficient with my time and to keep pushing for a job in various ways. Thanks again.
You will see at least a few stories on here about people with ~3.0 (or lower) GPA's getting into BB IB etc. Not impossible, but it's a struggle/you've gotta push for it for sure.
Can you please elaborate on how to push for it? Is there an efficient way of doing it or does one just keep emailing, going to networking events, etc.
What you said, just keep reaching out to people and trying while improving the rest of your application (grades, EC's, work experience) as much as possible.
Bump. Is anyone else able to give me advice/criticism?
I feel like you should expand on your work experience bullets more. On a much smaller, nitpickier note, your use of dashes/hyphens is inconsistent.
Thank you.
