NEEDED: Sample Banking Client Presentation
I'm currently doing a project for my banking class where we need to build a 9-12 page powerpoint presentation that includes our valuations (LBO, DCF, precedent, comparable) for a firm and strategy recommendations to the firm's exec board.
Since this project is a large part of the overall grade, I do not want to turn in a hogwash presentation.
I was wondering if any of you here can direct me to a sample banking client recommendation ppt presentation so I can get a better idea of how to make the project look as realistic/professional as possible.
Thanks.
Sample Management Presentations? (Originally Posted: 03/04/2014)
Anyone know any good (publicly available) management presentations? Building out a new one and could use some fresh ideas.
Thanks.

You don't need fresh ideas; you need the last three MPs that the lead MD on your deal team has done. No need to create more work for yourself than you need to.
Also, I'm sure you know already, but MPs are almost never publicly available, given that the only parties that ever see them have already signed an NDA.
Pitches - Examples (Originally Posted: 04/04/2013)
Guys,
I am looking for examples of good, detailed pitchbooks / management presentations. I do know they are confidential, but sometimes old ones are posted online. I found one on the SEC website from Credit Suisse http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1286862/000110465907017855/a07-7…
Thanks
I wouldn't consider this a pitchbook, it's support for a fairness opinion. I doubt you'll find a pitchbook (purely pitching M&A ideas or financing ideas) on the internet, and I would hope nobody would share one with you, unless they want to risk their job.
As blackcleo mentioned, the above is a fairness opinion. He is also correct that pitches are proprietary and no one would share them with you as it is a breach of confidentiality.
However, below is a link to another recent thread on this site that contains much more recent and relevant fairness opinions. You can still glean the applicable information that would be found in a strategic alternatives pitch in terms of content and valuation, but it will be presented in a different format.
Hopefully you find this helpful.

there are pitchbook templates from every BB on the internet (free access) if you search a bit for them
also, there are some full pitchbooks, tho they are mostly hard to find
From Qatalyst Partners,
The infamous Autonomy pitchbook: http://www.oracle.com/us/corporate/features/autonomy-presentation-1-505…
Enjoy.
Help: Examples for pitchbooks for private companies (Originally Posted: 09/01/2010)
I was assigned to research typical investment banking pitchbooks for private companies (e.g.: for P.E. and V.C. investors). I was wondering if anyone has any advice and/or examples?
Unless you are going to sign a confidentiality agreement, you are going to have a tough time getting a private company's pitchbook.
Firstly, what type of "assignment" is that?
Secondly, they're not that different. Major differences are that you can't show trading multiples for the company itself, and you'll likely have much less visibility on their financials (depends on relationships).
The assignment was to research pitchbooks so I can come up with a sort of template for a startup investment bank. I guess it is a sort of test for interns ;).
Truth is, I haven't seen any pitchboooks, be it for public or private companies. I was told that a pitchbook is essentially similar to a 10-K, except with a sales-oriented spin (big "except," I realize).
I'd appreciate any advice...I do realize it's not something people just say, "sure, I'll send you some of our past pitchbooks right away."
Company description (4-5 bullets around products/services offered, headquarters, number of employees, estimated revenue and ebitda, end markets sold to, etc)
Selected products (pictures of representative products)
Key management and BOD (if known, list of these people)
Recent news
Geographic footprint (sometimes this info is on their website... map of their facilities, offices, HQ, etc)
