Negotiating Scholarship/ Financial Aid

Recently admitted to graduate school. Only applied to 1 school and was given a scholarship from said school. How can I effectively negotiate more scholarship money or better financial aid if I don’t have multiple offers on the table?

Any other information you can provide? MBA/MSF? Ranking of school? Why haven't you applied to anymore schools?

Tell them that you're happy about receiving a scholarship but you have a very strict budget and would appreciate a reconsideration of your scholarship (expand more than this with your personal situation).

They are looking to maintain/increase yield % (accepted offers/acceptances to the school).

MSF at a well known undergraduate target. I didn’t apply to any other schools because I was dead set on going to this university. I have never applied for scholarships before, and I wasn’t even expecting to receive one for this program. I hope I didn’t hurt my negotiating power too much by only applying to one school
