Three of the biggest headcases in the league on one team. Should be entertaining at least.
I don't know how to feel. I feel good that the Rockets can rebuild, but they're going to be bad for a while now. Simmons+Maxey and picks was my personal choice.
I do not think the Sixers wanted to give up Simmons. The Rockets cold not win with 2 MVPs at guard spots. Now, the Nets are going to try something similar + Durant.
I think it is a good trade for the Rockets and their rebuild.
I think the rockets also wanted thybulle which was asking for a lot. It will be interesting to see the Nets guard any top big man, especially AD and Giannis, given their center rn is DeAndre Jordan
Oladipo is a big W for Rockets. Very underrated
Levert is a baller. Pacers got to shave some cap while picking up a young stud in the process. They should be decent if they can keep Warren and Turner.
The trade reminds me of the push they made for Pierce and Garnett when they thought they were contenders with Joe Johnson and Derron Williams.
Although the talent is far greater than that group, I don't see the chemistry working with those guys and now they have 0 depth. They need to go all out for the next few years because they have no draft capital or young talent for the intermediate to long term.

The league is all about building super star dynasties nowadays. We'll see if this new big three pull through with something amazing, but the chemistry might not be there between Kyrie and Harden. KD and Harden already have some from OKC. It all depends if Kyrie can fill Westbrook's role back then. Might honestly be a better teammate. Who knows. We'll just have to see.
I'm with you, the fact is that superstar dynasties give you the highest probability of winning a championship. I understand the fact that chemistry issues could cause this team to crash and burn, but I don't understand why people are so against this gamble. You have three bonafide superstars on a team. Take a fucking shot at greatness, I love it.
Terrible fucking deal for the Nets, great deal for everybody else involved. Will be fun to watch it unfold.
Meanwhile, where is Kyrie? Dude has not played in 5 games due to personal reasons.
