Networking call went well, resume forwarded, now what?

Hey guys, hope you all are safe and healthy.

I have been networking a lot though cold emails recently as I'm considering a career move. I got on many calls with associates working at the teams I'm interested in. Most of the calls went well and they offered to forward my resume without me asking directly. Here are my questions regarding next steps:

a) should I ask the person who likes me to refer me to other associates and more senior people within the team?
b) how should I approach asking referral, if the person has already answered all the questions? I couldn't find a legit reason to ask to speak to someone else in the team.
c) would I get a better chance if multiple people in the team vouch for me, even though someone has already forwarded my resume to HR?

Appreciate your thoughts!
