New Compensation Report for IBD London?

When are Arkesden or the likes going to release an updated report to reflect changes made to base this year?

I know we don't know what bonuses will look like yet but would be very useful to have official commentary on increases across the street.

for context, salaries within EU are generally awful. on that basis they find some confused comfort from being in the top <20%

e.g., a starting salary for a UK chemical engineer with a 4 year masters from a top <50 global ranked university averages c. £30k p.a. (US$41k)

Yeah this pretty much.

Unlike the US, there is generally a lack of well-paid alternatives in Europe. IB comp seems low here compared to the US, but is very high compared to everything else here.

I'm sure many would move to the US if they could, but it's easier said than done. Visas are a big entry barrier, among other things.

Thank you. I received the email but I am getting an error message when trying to access the full report?
